The Julia Creek Turf Club is home to many annual events on the local community calendar. Many which are organised by the Julia Creek Turf Club which hosts four Racing Queensland Race Meetings a year, the biggest being our Artesian Express which is held in conjunction with the famous Dirt n Dust Festival held in April.
Known for its warm Outback hospitality and iconic race days, the Julia Creek Turf Club has become a beloved gathering place for both locals and visitors alike.
With its unique blend of racing excitement and rural charm, it offers a true Outback experience that sets it apart from more conventional racing venues.
